Joyride Motorsports (“Joyride”, “we”) respects your privacy. What we collect
- Information you give us through forms and chat: your name, phone, email, location, the vehicles you're interested in, trade-in details and your messages.
- Financing applications are completed with our secure financing application partner, not on this website. That partner's privacy terms apply to the application itself.
- Usage information: pages viewed, searches, vehicles saved and the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags). We use a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, not your name, for this.
Chat with Rick
Rick is an AI assistant that answers questions on behalf of Joyride. Chat messages are stored so our team can follow up and so Rick can keep the conversation consistent. A real team member can join or take over the conversation at any time. Please do not share your Social Insurance Number, banking details or passwords in chat.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries, quotes, trade-in and delivery requests.
- To help you through financing and connect you with lenders when you apply.
- To improve the website and understand which advertising is useful.
- To send you messages you've agreed to receive. You can reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our customer relationship management system, our financing application partner and lenders when you apply, delivery carriers, and hosting providers), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and analytics
If enabled, we use tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure advertising. These receive page and event information (for example “viewed a vehicle”), never your form answers or credit information.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable safeguards including encrypted connections.
